2 Bags of 8 ounce Link Pork Sausage seasoning from AC Legg.
Each bag seasons up to 25lbs of meat
Not just for pork, try with beef, turkey, or your favorite game meat like deer, elk, moose or antelope (We suggest using half game to half pork meat in your mix))
A.C. Legg Old Plantation Seasonings has been a trusted source of high quality sausage seasonings since 1923
For smaller portions use about 1 oz of seasoning (~2 tablespoons) to 3lbs of meat.
MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE: 1. Grind meat through a ½ inch plate. 2. Transfer to mixer, add seasoning and mix for 2 minutes. 3. Regrind through a 3/16 inch or 5/32 inch plate. 4. Stuff into desired size casings and link.
